Some buyers have asked for help regarding the builder gel being wet after drying or the UV lamp not working. We want to assure our customers that all lamp beads can light up normally, and the case is working properly. The builder gel may have a thin layer of tacky or sticky residue after drying, which is normal and helps the top coat adhere better in the next steps. It is necessary to apply the top coat (which needs to be purchased separately) after drying the builder gel.

To ensure the correct operation, we recommend the following steps: After drying the builder gel, please avoid touching it and directly apply the top coat, then cure for 45-60 seconds to fully dry. The package includes only the builder gel (15ml) and a portable nail lamp, as the top coat needs to be purchased separately to protect your French X-coat Tips. Our builder gel is specially developed for XCOATTIPS, and it can provide ultra-protection for French tips, extend their longevity for 30+ days, and prevent peeling, chipping, fading, cracking, and lifting.

The builder gel has a clear, high self-leveling formula and a premium built-in brush, making it easy to spread on the French X-coat Tips surface and edge. After application, simply cure it under the UV lamp for 45-60 seconds to fully dry. The last step is to apply the top coat and cure it. It's a quick and easy process!

Our XCOATTIPS French protecting builder gel is made of healthy materials. However, we recommend doing a skin test before using and stopping if any allergy occurs. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth.
